⬡ How to Play

🎯 The Goal

Dig up gold, survive other pirates, and get to a Harbour by boat before time runs out. Anyone left on the island becomes a "Landlubber."

⛏️ Digging

Walk to a chest shown on the Dig screen (or tap its pin on the Radar map), tap Dig, and hold still until it fills. Small GPS drift is fine — walking away cancels the dig.

🧭 Radar

The Radar tab shows your live position, how shaky your GPS is, and where nearby chests are. Your dig range grows when GPS is weak.

🕳️ Burying

Hide gold/items at your current spot from the Dig screen. Others can stumble onto it if they dig the same spot — bury discreetly!

⚔️ Combat

Torso/head hits only with the foam sword. If you're struck, open Death and scan the killer's QR — you die instantly. Either pirate can do the scan.

👻 Ghosts

Dying makes you a ghost collecting aura. Stay near living players to fill it faster. At 1000 aura you wash back ashore with some gold. Turn the sword in to a Game Leader for bonus aura.

🏪 Trading Post

No combat allowed here. Get close (or scan the posted QR) to unlock the shop — buy swords, boats, maps, and more. Wanted pirates can't buy anything until they pay off their bounty.

👥 Crews

Scan another pirate to crew up. Everyone keeps their own gold — crew purchases pool from the richest members first. Leave anytime with whatever's already yours.

⚓ Boats

Buy a boat, add crew by scanning their QR, then launch once the tide turns high. Setting sail ends your game — congrats, you made it out!

🚨 Safety

No real restraint, ever. Torso/head hits only, light contact. If anything feels wrong, find a Game Leader immediately.
